What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a proactive and organized Workplace Services Manager to ensure our office operations run seamlessly. This role is crucial in maintaining a productive and comfortable work environment.
Responsibilities:
- Office Operations: Manage day-to-day office activities, including facility upkeep, vendor coordination, and overall office maintenance.
- Office & Pantry Supplies: Ensure availability of office supplies, equipment, snacks, and beverages, handling restocking as needed.
- IT Asset Management: Oversee the allocation, tracking, and maintenance of laptops and other IT equipment for employees.
- Building Management Liaison: Act as the primary point of contact between the office and building management for seamless operations.
- Employee Onboarding Support: Set up workstations, provide access credentials, and assist new employees with office essentials.
- Workplace Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to office safety, security, and operational policies.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience in office administration or a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Experience managing IT assets and office supplies.
- Proficiency in Google Workspace / Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
