Hours: 23 hours per week (Monday–Friday, Office-Based)

Join Our Team 

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Workplace Services Coordinator to support the smooth day-to-day operation of our office environment. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys providing excellent service, coordinating workplace activities, and creating a positive experience for employees and visitors. 

As a key member of our team, you will help ensure our workplace is safe, efficient, well-maintained, and welcoming. The Workplace Services Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating workplace services, managing office resources, supporting facilities operations, and acting as a primary point of contact for workplace-related requests. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Coordinate the day-to-day running of the office and workplace services 
  • Serve as the first point of contact for workplace and facilities inquiries 
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and inventory levels 
  • Coordinate maintenance requests and liaise with contractors and service providers  
  • Support workplace health and safety initiatives and compliance requirements  
  • Assist with office moves, workspace allocation, and meeting room management  
  • Coordinate employee events, catering, and workplace engagement activities  
  • Maintain workplace records, documentation, and service logs  
  • Welcome visitors and support reception activities when required  
  • Monitor workplace standards and identify opportunities for improvement  
  • Support the Workplace Services Manager with projects and operational activities  

About You 

We are looking for you if you have:

  • Previous experience in office administration, workplace services, facilities coordination, or a similar role 
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills  
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities 
  • A proactive and customer-focused approach  
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively  
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills  
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications  
  • Experience working with external suppliers and contractors is desirable  
  • Understanding of workplace health and safety practices is an advantage
