The Workplace Operations team’s mission is to ensure Robinhood offices run smoothly every day so employees can thrive in a safe, supportive, and well-equipped environment.
As a Workplace Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering excellent on-site experience for our Toronto office by managing workplace programs, office operations, and vendor relationships. You’ll bring operational expertise and a people-first mindset to keep the space clean, functional, and welcoming. From facilities coordination to event planning, you’ll help build a great day-to-day experience for every Robinhoodie!

What you’ll do- Coordinate and run daily office programs like new hire onboarding, snack and meal services, commuter perks, and swag
- Manage external vendors, including scheduling services and evaluating their performance and value to Robinhood
- Support office logistics such as space planning, desk assignments, and team moves
- Partner on workplace event planning and execution to support team culture and engagement
- Collaborate with Real Estate, Physical Security, and Procurement teams to maintain office standards, safety protocols, and vendor onboarding
- Tackle ad hoc office errands such as sourcing supplies or arranging print jobs
- 3+ years of experience in an administrative or operational role in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach
- Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic workplace
- Strong organizational and project management skills
- Experience working with vendors, facilities systems, and cross-functional teams
- Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs and performing light physical tasks as needed
