About the team + role

The Workplace Operations team’s mission is to ensure Robinhood offices run smoothly every day so employees can thrive in a safe, supportive, and well-equipped environment.

As a Workplace Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in delivering excellent on-site experience for our Toronto office by managing workplace programs, office operations, and vendor relationships. You’ll bring operational expertise and a people-first mindset to keep the space clean, functional, and welcoming. From facilities coordination to event planning, you’ll help build a great day-to-day experience for every Robinhoodie!

What you’ll do
  • Coordinate and run daily office programs like new hire onboarding, snack and meal services, commuter perks, and swag
  • Manage external vendors, including scheduling services and evaluating their performance and value to Robinhood
  • Support office logistics such as space planning, desk assignments, and team moves
  • Partner on workplace event planning and execution to support team culture and engagement
  • Collaborate with Real Estate, Physical Security, and Procurement teams to maintain office standards, safety protocols, and vendor onboarding
  • Tackle ad hoc office errands such as sourcing supplies or arranging print jobs
What you bring
  • 3+ years of experience in an administrative or operational role in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent communication skills and a service-oriented approach
  • Ability to independently manage multiple priorities and adapt in a dynamic workplace
  • Strong organizational and project management skills
  • Experience working with vendors, facilities systems, and cross-functional teams
  • Comfortable lifting up to 20 lbs and performing light physical tasks as needed

In addition to the base pay range listed below, this role is also eligible for bonus opportunities + equity + benefits.

Base pay for the successful applicant will depend on a variety of job-related factors, which may include education, training, experience, location, business needs, or market demands. The expected base pay range for this role is based on the location where the work will be performed.

$63,750$75,000 CAD
