Lead the architecture and implementation of a secure, scalable backend platform for government financial products. Design data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with government registries, employer contribution systems, and institutional banks. Provide technical leadership across engineering teams, mentor senior engineers, partner with Product, Security, Legal, Compliance, and external stakeholders, and ensure backend reliability and performance for high-volume launches.

The role also identifies opportunities to use automation and AI to improve HR technology workflows and employee experience.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor to senior leaders across technology and general management organizations. Develops talent strategies, organizational designs, workforce plans, performance and succession programs, and change initiatives. Coaches leaders, supports organizational effectiveness, uses people data to guide decisions, and builds AI-powered tools to improve People processes.

Support Robinhood’s crypto risk management program by conducting technical, product, and operational risk assessments; analyzing incidents and losses; managing issues and remediation; refreshing RCSAs and business impact analyses; developing KRIs; and preparing governance and board reporting. Partner with engineering, product, compliance, crypto operations, and enterprise risk teams to translate technical risks into actionable insights and strengthen operational resilience.

Own the regulatory and compliance dimension of Robinhood’s Canadian brokerage products, including crypto trading, equities, options, and registered accounts. Partner with engineering, design, compliance, and operations to launch compliant products; establish and monitor regulatory processes; maintain policies; track CIRO, CSA, and FINTRAC changes; and deliver product updates to meet evolving Canadian requirements.

Lead architecture and delivery of scalable AI infrastructure, including model serving, feature stores, training systems, and ML observability. Partner with ML, data, and AI teams to improve workflows and reliability. Manage AWS CPU/GPU resources, establish monitoring standards, shape technical strategy, and mentor engineers. The role requires deep expertise in distributed systems, production ML workflows, search systems, vector databases, and modern ML infrastructure tooling.
