Communicates with customers, supports critical incidents and on-call coverage, maintains SOPs, and partners with clearing, product, compliance, international, and engineering teams to improve processes, automation, and regulatory compliance.

Provides internal help desk support to customer experience agents handling complex investment account issues. Reviews escalated tickets, guides agents through account activation, login, and funding workflows, coaches policy adherence and documentation, identifies cases requiring licensed escalation, and surfaces recurring product or process gaps. The role requires flexible evening, weekend, and holiday availability and is performed onsite five days per week.

Manage and improve corporate identity, endpoint, and cloud systems. Build automation for device, account, and identity lifecycle processes; troubleshoot escalated issues; develop internal tools; and maintain engineering standards through code reviews, documentation, and reliable development practices. The role supports secure, scalable employee-facing systems using Okta, Google Cloud, Google Workspace, endpoint management platforms, and AI-assisted development tools.

Build and scale developer infrastructure supporting thousands of engineers. Responsibilities include optimizing Bazel monorepo builds, managing remote build execution, scaling reliable CI/CD pipelines, configuring GitHub repositories and checks, improving developer onboarding, and maintaining remote development environments. The role requires Go or Python proficiency, distributed build-system experience, and Kubernetes knowledge.

Own and improve the security posture of Robinhood’s AWS cloud infrastructure. Build and operate foundational security controls, automation, safe defaults, and developer-friendly security capabilities. Secure enterprise applications using AWS services, Terraform, and Golang or Python while applying least-privilege principles, AWS Well-Architected practices, and CIS Benchmarks.

Lead design strategy and execution for Robinhood’s core equities trading products. Redesign complex trading interfaces, including order forms and ladder charts, to improve speed, clarity, and user experience. Partner with engineering, product, legal, design leadership, and executives from concept through production. Explore AI tools to enhance design workflows and prototyping while helping establish long-term design standards.

Own Robinhood’s independent risk management program for its Canadian crypto business. Responsibilities include adapting the global risk framework to Canadian regulations, conducting risk assessments, managing issues and incidents, evaluating product and digital-asset risks, preparing board and committee reporting, supporting audits and regulatory exams, and partnering with compliance, operations, engineering, legal, and enterprise risk teams.

Lead the observability control plane and roadmap, architect telemetry ingestion and cost-management strategies, ensure SLOs and 99.9% uptime, build scalable telemetry pipelines, integrate AI-driven approaches, and manage a team of six engineers to enable reliable, self-service observability across the organization.

Build and scale developer infrastructure: manage monorepo builds with Bazel, operate remote build execution clusters, scale CI pipelines, manage GitHub configurations and tests, and provide remote development environments to improve onboarding and developer productivity.
