As a Workplace Experience Senior Coordinator based in our Toronto location and remote support of our Montreal location, you are the face of the office. Your excellent communication and interpersonal skills deliver a warm, polished, and highly responsive experience for associates and visitors alike. You'll put your skills to use in operational support, event planning, vendor negotiations and management, and global relationship building in a department that thrives on collaboration. You are comfortable working independently and leading initiatives with minimal direction.
This position does require you to work in office 5 days a week. On occasion, you may have the flexibility to work remote on Friday, based on the demand of the role.

Canada Base Salary Range: $68,819.00 - $110,110.40
Capital offers a competitive compensation package that includes eligibility for two bonus programs and a contribution to the group retirement plan (subject to requirements of each plan).
