We’re looking for a Workplace Experience Office Lead to join Procore’s Workplace Experience team. In this role, you’ll support employees and day-to-day office operations, helping make Procore an exceptional place to work. Your primary goal is to ensure a seamless, high-quality workplace experience through proactive problem-solving, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.

This position reports into the Director of Workplace Experience and will be based in our San Francisco, CA office. We’re looking for someone to join us immediately.
What you’ll do:- Conduct regular walkthroughs of the office, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions.
- Coordinate and execute workplace projects, initiatives, and events of varying size and complexity.
- Identify maintenance needs and escalate issues to appropriate vendors for resolution.
- Manage planning and communication for on-site and off-site events, including those with high-profile attendees.
- Partner with and oversee vendors and contractors to support office systems and services.
- Maintain and optimize operational systems such as OfficeSpace, JIRA, and inventory management tools.
- Run reports, analyze workplace data, and present insights to leadership.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve office operations and employee experience.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years of experience in workplace experience, events, hospitality, or a corporate environment (experience in tech or SaaS is a plus).
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills across email, phone, and in-person interactions.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven ability to manage budgets and analyze data using Excel or Google Sheets.
- Experience with tools such as Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, OfficeSpace, JIRA, Coupa, Concur, or similar systems.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills (e.g., supporting desk equipment and office technology).
- Self-starter with a collaborative mindset and ability to work with diverse teams and personalities.
- Strong commitment to a hospitality-first approach with a “get to yes” mindset.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Base Pay Range:
72,716.80 - 99,985.60 USD AnnualThis role may also be eligible for Equity Compensation and/or Bonus Incentive Compensation.
