• Be the heartbeat of our Budapest office: As the first point of contact, you’ll be the face of Shapr3D, ensuring smooth operations at the front desk while providing exceptional service to every employee and visitor who walks through our doors.

• Elevate our daily work environment: You will play a key role in fostering a vibrant atmosphere by supporting special projects that enhance the visitor experience, assisting with office events, and autonomously identifying ways to improve our processes.

• Be the friendly face of our Budapest office, managing the front desk and welcoming employees, guests, and visitors.

• Handle day-to-day employee needs efficiently or connect them with the right person when needed.

• Support the Workplace Team with office organization, maintenance coordination, and administrative tasks.

• Keep track of office initiatives, social events, and company activities to keep everyone informed.

• Contribute to creating a positive, efficient, and well-organized workspace for the entire team.

• Fluency in both English and Hungarian. You're comfortable switching between both throughout the day.

• Outstanding organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks without breaking a sweat.

• A genuine people-oriented mindset; you find joy in helping others and making their day easier.

• A positive, supportive attitude that makes the office a better place to be.

• Availability to work at least 24 hours a week (ideally 3 full 8-hour days). With a commitment of a year or more.

• Currently enrolled as a student for at least the next 12 months.
