We’re looking for a Workplace Coordinator to join Sodexo’s on-site team at our client's Macquarie Park office. You’ll work alongside a supportive team of four, helping deliver outstanding facilities and front-of-house services in a busy, fast-paced corporate environment.
What you’ll be doing:
Maintain the presentation and aesthetic of front-of-house and guest areas.
Manage concierge services, including greeting visitors and clients.
Schedule and prepare meeting and training rooms.
Coordinate AV and web conferencing setups for meetings.
Oversee onsite events, ensuring AV and catering needs are met.
Troubleshoot AV issues, coordinating with third parties as needed.
Handle administrative duties and supply management.
Conduct site safety inspections to ensure a secure work environment.
Identify and implement improvements to enhance employee experience.

You’re a natural communicator with strong admin and customer service skills
