About this roleWe’re looking for a professional Office Coordinator to join our Workplace team and help us create the best possible environment for our team members, visitors, and partners. Reporting to the Workplace Operations Manager, you’ll be responsible for the day-to-day coordination of facilities processes and specialized responsibilities. If you’re passionate about delivering a top-class workplace experience, this role is for you!
These are some of the key components to the position:
Coordinate day-to-day facilities operations, including managing helpdesk (Jira) tickets and addressing maintenance issues.
Liaise with suppliers for repairs, maintenance, and office needs, ensuring smooth operations at all times.
Assist in office audits, tracking issues, and ensuring resolutions are implemented.
Manage purchasing, including raising purchase orders, reconciling invoices, and ordering supplies or furniture.
Oversee the reception area, welcoming visitors, managing post and couriers, and ensuring the space is always presentable.
Support team member travel needs by liaising with Fleet and Travel teams and assisting with administrative processes.
Collaborate with the facilities team to assist in events, from internal team activities to external engagements.
What will you bring to the team?
A degree or experience in administration, facilities support, or a related field.
Practical exposure to facilities or office management processes (whether professionally or informally, such as volunteering or internships).
A proactive, multitasking mindset with excellent organizational skills.
Google Suite knowledge is advantageous, and spoken/written English is mandatory.
You are fluent in Bulgarian and English
A passion for creating excellent workplace experiences and an interest in building a career in facilities management.
