Job Description
Role Overview:
The Junior Associate in Workplace Management and IT Management supports the smooth operation of the workplace environment and assists in the management of IT systems. This dual-role position requires a blend of administrative and technical skills, ensuring that the office infrastructure and IT systems are well-maintained and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:

Workplace Management:

Assist in the management of office facilities, including space planning, maintenance, and vendor coordination.

Handle day-to-day office operations, such as ordering supplies, managing office equipment, and ensuring a clean and functional workspace.

Support workplace health and safety initiatives, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.

Coordinate with HR and other departments to facilitate smooth onboarding and workspace allocation for new employees.

IT Management:

Provide first-level IT support to staff, addressing hardware and software issues.

Assist in the setup, configuration, and maintenance of IT equipment, including desktops, laptops, and peripherals.

Support the administration of company networks, servers, and other IT infrastructure.

Maintain accurate IT asset inventories and documentation.

Collaborate with senior IT staff on projects, such as system upgrades and software deployments.

Experience:
