We are looking for a Working Student: Reception for our office management team in the heart of buzzing Berlin!
You are part of the Office Management Team, which supports each other in all matters and always tries to make everyday work as easy and as hassle-free as possible for all Babbel employees.
You will:
- Be an approachable and professional presence for guests.
- Ensure the representative appearance of our reception area and independently manage its organization.
- Supervise the switchboard as the first point of contact and provide excellent assistance.
- Manage all incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and courier services.
- Take ownership of fixed administrative tasks with efficiency and attention to detail.
- Collaborate with the office management team and take on special projects as needed.
You have:
- Enrollment as a student.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with a proactive mindset.
- A passion for delivering excellent guest experiences.
- A high level of accountability, dependability, and attention to detail.
- Availability for at least 16 hours per week for a minimum six-month working student position.
- Proficiency in MS Office programs and experience with internet applications and research.
- Excellent written and spoken German and English language skills.
- A professional appearance, a high level of accountability, and an independent working style.
- Strong collaboration skills and a focus on delivering excellent service.
- Enjoy 30 vacation days and the chance to take a 3-month Sabbatical. Plus family and life situation counseling.
