Support in the organization of People & Organization (P&O) internal meetings and off-site activities including research of the location and the vendor of the sport activity as well as coordination of the hotel reservation, catering and transportation
Support in the organization of a P&O company exchange at PUMA HQ, particularly catering and guest registration
Preparation of P&O reports and lists for internal stakeholders
Preparation of internal communication drafts for the Senior Director of People & Organization
Support the Senior Director People & Organization and the teams underneath in administrative day-to-day tasks, e. g. Welcome Bags, Anniversary Awards, Reference Letters and Mail communication
Enrolled student, ideally with initial experience in the field of human resources
Fluent German and excellent English skills, both written and spoken
Excellent communication skills and a strong service and customer orientation
Organisational talent coupled with a quick grasp of new ideas and an independent, structured way of working
Team player with high flexibility, commitment and initiative
Start date 15.08.2025 for a duration of at least 6 months
