Why join us in this role?As a Working Student in Operations, you'll play a key role in supporting the administrative backbone of AMBOSS. From coordinating internal processes and managing documentation to assisting with legal and executive tasks, you’ll help ensure that our operations run efficiently and smoothly. You will:- Support in gathering, organizing, and maintaining documentation across various internal processes
- Assist in tracking deadlines and requirements, ensuring all necessary materials are prepared and submitted on time
- Maintain a clear overview of required documents and follow up proactively to complete any missing pieces
- Provide administrative support for contract and document management, including formatting, signature collection, and archiving
- Support the Executive Assistant and Legal team in day to day business and any ad hoc topics
- Help prepare presentations, internal reports, and communications
- Coordinate logistics with Office Management, such as room setups, mail handling, and courier services
- Handle general administrative tasks (e.g. scanning, filing, printing, and running errands to offices or public authorities)
- You are currently enrolled at a university
- First experience in an office environment (e.g. internship, student job, or vocational training) is a plus
- High attention to detail, reliability, and strong organizational skills – even in a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable handling repetitive tasks with care and precision
- Strong communication skills in both English and German
- Basic proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, etc.)
- A proactive, hands-on mindset and a genuine willingness to learn
- You are hands-on, approachable, and happy to support wherever needed
- You are comfortable with an administrative role for at least a year (ideally longer)
- You see this role as a chance to learn about a fast-paced business environment and gain first-hand experience within the operational and legal areas of a company
- You are adaptable and open to working on a variety of tasks across different areas
- You bring a sense of urgency while maintaining a strong eye for detail
- You enjoy supporting others and keeping processes running smoothly to enable everyone to do their best work
