What You’ll Be Doing
- Independent processing of orders – from creating offers to invoicing
- Communicating with customers and suppliers to clarify inquiries and orders
- Creating reports with PowerBI
- Supporting the implementation and optimisation of processes in close cooperation with the team
- Acting as an interface to all relevant departments
- Managing, maintaining and updating customer master data
Your Skill Set
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in business administration
- Knowledge of MS Office applications
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 desirable
- Customer-oriented thinking and acting, as well as a reliable and committed way of working
- Enjoyment of and interest in structured and complex transactions
- High level of IT affinity
- Strong communication and teamwork skills, as well as organizational skills, determination and resilience
- Fluent German and English (written and spoken)
