Stellenbeschreibung

We are one of Scandinavia's most successful management consultancies, with more than 1800 consultants and an expanding base in Germany. With continued strong growth in Denmark, Sweden, Norway, and Switzerland, we are also expanding our presence in Germany.

We help people and organisations face future challenges and support them through change processes. To achieve the best results, we combine analytical thinking with intuitive understanding. We link the latest theories with sensitivity to people and high organisational dynamics. Importantly, we actively involve the people who are part of the change processes – we call this "Collaborative Consulting". For 20 years, our approach has been successful in creating positive changes.

For our team in Munich, we are looking for a working student (m/f/d) starting as early as possible in the area of Sales and Proposal Management:

What will you be working on?

  • Contribute to the creation of proposals, presentations, and sales materials
  • Research and prepare information to strengthen the sales and proposal process
  • Develop content for internal training sessions and knowledge sharing initiatives
  • Ensure consistency and high quality across documents and presentations
  • Help structure and maintain our knowledge database and internal resources
  • Collaborate with different teams to share insights and best practices
  • Take on ad-hoc tasks to support ongoing projects and initiatives

We are looking for people who:

  • Are available for up to 20 hours per week, with the possibility of more hours during semester breaks
  • Are currently studying for or starting their bachelor’s degree in economics, business administration, international management, or a comparable field
  • Are curious about our Scandinavian culture with flat hierarchies and lots of autonomy
  • Have an affinity for people-oriented business and service-oriented work, with an interest in gaining insights into knowledge and proposal management
  • Are reliable and possess strong communication skills, with an open and approachable manner
  • Enjoy working both in a team and independently
  • Are analytical thinkers, structured, organised, and fluent in German (C2) and English.
  • Have a technical affinity; experience in MS Office, particularly Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, SharePoint, and Copilot is a plus.

What do we offer?

You will become part of a fast-growing, entrepreneurial Scandinavian-based consultancy where you will play an important role in supporting our sales and proposal processes. Along the way, you will gain valuable insights into how professional sales and proposal work is structured, why high-quality documents matter, and how the right knowledge at the right time makes a difference.

When joining Implement, you will become part of a fast-growing company with plenty of opportunities to grow professionally as well as personally, and you will work together with talented and supportive colleagues. We offer internal training opportunities for all our employees, and we continuously update and expand your knowledge through keynotes and workshops.

We offer a unique culture, helpful colleagues, and a company striving to redefine the management consulting industry from the inside – we seek fast change with great impact, and we love what we do. We work with a high degree of freedom, and we support each other in our efforts to constantly become better at helping our clients create exceptional results.
