Location: Remote
Your TaskPlanning and scheduling customer appointments
Coordination and communication between customers, the consulting department, and sales
Processing and coordinating quote requests with the sales team
Telephone coordination with customers regarding appointments and consulting projects
Working with Outlook, Salesforce, and Excel
Analysis, optimization, and automation of existing processes
Implementation of AI-driven processes and training of AI agents
Enrolled student in a business-related, technical, or comparable degree program (e.g., Business Administration, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering, Real Estate Management)
Highly structured, organized, and independent working style
Strong empathy, customer orientation, and communication skills
Initial experience in process analysis and optimization is an advantage
Interest and enthusiasm for AI technologies and automation
Confident use of Outlook and Excel; Salesforce knowledge is a plus
Industry knowledge in real estate or property management is an advantage, but not required
