We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Working Student to join our Human Resources team. Your active involvement and creative input will contribute to strengthening our growth and further establishment of internal processes and standards. You can provide active support and contribute your ideas, experience, and the knowledge you have acquired during your studies!
Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including posting job ads, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Support the onboarding process for new employees, including preparing orientation materials and conducting orientation sessions.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Assist with the organization and coordination of HR events and training sessions.
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing documents, reports, and presentations.
- Respond to employee inquiries and provide assistance as needed.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives to improve processes and employee experience.
Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
