Location: Munich/Hamburg | Working time: 20 hours per week | Start: asap

Artefact, an internationally leading consulting firm for Data, AI, and digital transformation, is looking for motivated and committed working student or interns or interns who are eager to support our teams in Consulting, Data & AI, HR, or Finance.

What you can expect

As a working student or intern at Artefact, you will take on a diverse mix of administrative and content-related tasks and play an important role in our team.

• Daily business support: organization, documentation, and administrative tasks in your area of focus (Consulting, Data & AI, HR or Finance)
• Project involvement: preparation of presentations, analyses, and pitches for clients and internal stakeholders
• Data & insights: support with preparing and analyzing data, reports, or financial metrics
• Team support: research, preparation of documents, and coordination in day-to-day project work
• Consulting insights: contribution to workshop preparation and client meetings
• Senior leadership support: assisting our leadership team with research, briefings, and organizational tasks
  

What we are looking for

You are an enrolled student based in Munich or Hamburg and bring a high degree of independence, motivation, and willingness to learn.

• Enrolled in a relevant field of study (e.g. Business, Data/Tech, Business Administration, Computer Science/AI, Finance, or similar)
• Available for approx. 20 hours per week
• Strong communication skills in both German and English
• Structured, organized, and proactive working style
• Confident handling of Google Suite tools - additional tools are a plus
• Most importantly: motivation to learn new things, take responsibility, and grow within a team
