Manage the full employee lifecycle across eight offices, including recruitment administration, onboarding, contracts, compensation cycles, payroll coordination, HRIS data, and offboarding. Serve as a first point of contact for HR queries, prepare workforce reporting, support employment-law and GDPR compliance, maintain documentation, coordinate audits and providers, and improve People Operations workflows through automation and HR technology.

Manage end-to-end People Operations across eight offices, including contracts, onboarding, offboarding, payroll coordination, HRIS administration, employee support, reporting, compliance, audits, and process improvement. Maintain accurate employee data in Personio, coordinate external providers, support employment-law and GDPR compliance, and identify opportunities to streamline workflows using HR technology and AI tools.

Support the Digital Infrastructure investment team by screening opportunities, performing market research, conducting financial modelling and Excel analysis, and preparing information materials for investment execution and portfolio support.
