Responsibilities:- Collaboration in operational human resources
- Preparation, processing and evaluation of monthly statistics
- Independent supervision of interns, working students and bachelor/master students
- Support in all measures of the recruiting and onboarding process
- Support in the cooperation with the works council
- Independent implementation of special topics and projects
- Student in business administration, business education or a comparable course of study, ideally with a focus on human resource management or pedagogy
- Independent, committed, reliable and careful way of working
- Confident and sovereign appearance as well as a distinctive assertiveness
- Good comprehension skills, initiative, trustworthiness and a strong sense of responsibility
- Initial experience in human resources or in the field of labor law desirable
- Confident handling of MS Office programs
- Good written and spoken German and English skills
- High level of commitment and willingness to communicate
