Role and Responsibilities
- Assist in preparation of weekly payment runs
- Support in invoice booking and processing in an accurate and timely manner
- Contribute to the month-end and closing process in accounting
- Collaborate with the accounting team on various administrative tasks as assigned
Skills and Qualifications
- You are pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or similar and you are currently enrolled in a study program
- Strong numerical and analytical skills with high level of accuracy and attention to detail
- Proactive team player with ability to work in a multi-cultural environment
- Fluent in English (German and Korean will be advantageous)
- Proficiency in Excel, experience in SAP is a plus
- Work schedule: availability to work in the office on Mondays and Tuesdays
