Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities  

  • Achieve hourly production rate goal on a consistent basis 

  • Direct, train, and develop new and existing employees 

  • Make decisions in line with positions responsibilities with the goal of meeting production goals 

  • Keep line supplied with materials at all times 

Additional Responsibilities  

  • Communicate effectively with shift lead all performance or behavioral issues observed to be addressed  

  • Communicate to Line Lead or Shift Lead all Maintenance required issues in an expedient manner 

Organization  

  • Reports to: Shift Supervisor

  • All functional areas of Production 

Qualifications:

Work Experience and Education 

  • High school diploma or equivalent level of education 

  • 0-4 years of experience in manufacturing environment preferred 

  • If possible, must be able to read, write, and speak English. 

  • Basic math skills and good use of logic 

  • Able to work and think independently 

  • Prior experience working on a machine  

Specific knowledge 

  • Experience in a manufacturing environment 

  • Basic math skills and good use of logic  

  • Excellent hand-eye coordination along with ability to work quickly and accuracy for performing repetitive tasks 

Specific competencies 

  • An excellent team player who is committed to helping and communicating with coworkers 

  • Ability to motivate coworkers and train to perform job in as efficient a manner as possible 

  • Have an innovative mindset of always improving the process and creating greater efficiencies  

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail 

  • Excellent communication skills  

The position offers a base compensation of 27.000€ - 30.000€ annually. Compensation for this position will be determined by the candidate's qualifications, experience, education, and overall alignment with the role's responsibilities.
