Workfront Consultant (Adobe Workfront & Fusion)

About the Role

Blue Acorn iCi is looking for a Workfront Consultant with strong Adobe Workfront Fusion expertise to support an ongoing implementation.

This role will focus on post-implementation support, automation, and integrations, ensuring the Workfront platform is optimized, scalable, and aligned with business needs.

What You'll Do

As a Workfront Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting and optimizing an existing Adobe Workfront environment, with a strong focus on automation and integrations.

You will:

• Design, build, and maintain Workfront Fusion scenarios to automate business processes
• Support and enhance Workfront integrations, particularly with Salesforce
• Configure and optimize Workfront workflows, templates, and project structures
• Troubleshoot and maintain API integrations and data flows
• Provide ongoing platform support and operational improvements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities
• Support integrations with tools such as Jira and other enterprise platforms
• Ensure system scalability, reliability, and performance

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of experience with Adobe Workfront
• Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront Fusion
• Experience building and maintaining system integrations (Salesforce strongly preferred)
• Solid understanding of APIs, webhooks, and automation frameworks
• Experience with workflow design and process optimization
• Familiarity with Jira integrations is a plus
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a client-facing, collaborative environment

Nice to Have

• Experience supporting post-implementation / run-and-operate environments
• Knowledge of the Adobe Experience Cloud ecosystem
• Previous consulting experience in enterprise environments
