THE POSITION
The Workforce Data & Systems Coordinator supports the effective day‑to‑day operation of workforce systems, data administration and reporting for the FIFA Women’s World Cup 2027™. The role helps ensure workforce data is accurate, consistent and timely, contributing to reliable planning, reporting and operational readiness. Working closely with the Workforce Data & Systems Manager and Workforce Planning team, the coordinator provides system, data and reporting support across workforce planning and operations, including preparation for test events and tournament delivery, helping to ensure systems and processes function smoothly throughout the event lifecycle.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Workforce Systems & Workforce Systems Support
· Support the day‑to‑day operation of workforce planning and workforce operations systems used across the tournament.
· Assist with system configuration, user access management, testing and troubleshooting under the guidance of the Workforce Data & Systems Manager.
· Act as a first point of contact for workforce system users, logging issues, resolving basic queries and escalating more complex system issues as required.
· Support the setup and maintenance of workforce operations systems
Workforce Data Administration
· Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date workforce data across multiple systems, ensuring consistency and completeness.
· Conduct regular data checks, validation and cleansing in line with agreed data standards.
· Support the coordination of workforce data inputs from planning, recruitment, HR, training and operations teams.
· Assist with data reconciliation between systems to ensure alignment across workforce functions
Reporting & Dashboards
· Produce routine workforce reports and extracts to support workforce planning and operational decision‑making.
· Support the maintenance and updating of Power BI dashboards and other standard workforce reports.
· Assist with ad‑hoc data requests, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of information.
· Help prepare data inputs and visuals for leadership updates, meetings and operational briefings
Process & Documentation Support
· Assist in documenting workforce processes, system workflows and user guidance.
· Support the development and maintenance of workforce process maps across planning and operations activities.
· Help identify basic process inefficiencies or data gaps and raise improvement opportunities with the manager
Workforce Operations Support
· Provide system and data support for tournament‑time operations.
· Assist with operational readiness checks to ensure systems and data are accurate ahead of key milestones.
· Be available during operational periods to support issue resolution and rapid data updates.
· Support the use and optimization of Excel-based planning tools (advanced formulas, dynamic dashboards, data validation)
Collaboration & Stakeholder Support
· Work closely with the Workforce Planning team to ensure data and systems align with planning assumptions and deployment needs.
· Liaise with other workforce functional teams to support consistent system usage and data inputs.
· Support user training sessions, contribute to help materials and provide ongoing guidance to system users.
· Operate in line with FIFA policies, data protection standards and tournament governance requirements
Continuous Improvement
· Support testing activities, system enhancements and new functionality rollouts.
· Capture issues, lessons learned and feedback from users to inform system and process improvements.
· Contribute to knowledge sharing and handover documentation for future tournament delivery
YOUR PROFILE

- Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience) in Business
- Administration, Information Systems, Data Analytics, HR or a related discipline.
- Experience in a coordination, administration, systems support or data support role, ideally within workforce, HR, operations or event delivery environments.
- Experience working with data, systems or reporting tools in a professional setting.
Skills & Expertise - Practical experience using workforce systems, databases or operational platforms.
- Working knowledge of reporting tools such as Power BI, Excel or similar data analysis tools.
- Strong data accuracy, validation and attention‑to‑detail skills.
- Ability to follow defined processes while supporting documentation and continuous improvement.
