Working for the Operations department, and reporting to the Execution Support Manager, the Workforce scheduler is responsible for planning and managing employee schedules to ensure efficient operations and optimal staffing.
Key duties include creating schedules based on business needs, monitoring attendance, adjusting shifts as needed, and ensuring compliance with labor laws.
The workforce scheduler coordinate with managers to align staffing levels, address scheduling conflicts, track peak periods and manage absenteeism and overtime.
The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, communication abilities, and proficiency in workforce management software as Kronos or similar platforms. The workforce scheduler must analyze scheduling data to identify trends and recommend improvements to optimize workforce efficiency
The Workforce Scheduler also stays updated on labor laws and must have ability to handle unforeseen changes and resolve scheduling issues promptly.
The position also involves analyzing other data managed by the operations department and generating reports.
This position is also responsible for handling Operations IFS-related tasks.
In this role, proficiency in English is needed for data management and involvement in different initiatives within the Operations department.
