Are you a motivated individual who loves to see their team succeed? We’re looking for a driven and process orientated Workforce Scheduler who will be based in the Philippines office.
The role will be focusing on supporting the service department with work allocation, as well as administration of service-related procedures and monitor full compliance of service and repair schedules in line with Aggreko procedures ensuring high quality customer service.

What you’ll do:
- Allocate work to technicians in alignment with the Operations/Depot/Field Managers
- Manage orders by working along side a broader team
- You’ll be responsible for accurate information shared with the wider teams across the company
- Audit Technicians complying with business processes on their day to day activities
- Ensure service technicians are fully equipped to work at customer sites (passes/permits)
- Record and action responses to service calls in the absence of service engineers.
- Lead internal process improvement initiatives
You’ll have the following skills and experience:
- Minimum 3 years of operations experience
- Time management skills is essential
- Excellent communication skills and able to work as a team
- Familiar with ERP or CRM preferred
- Process improvement experience desirable
- 20% trave required
