Job Description

Due to growth, we are looking to add an experienced Workforce Scheduler to join our ever-growing team at the Sodexo office in Balcatta.

Sodexo manages one of the worlds’ largest facility management contracts in the world. This role centers around the scheduling of preventive and corrective maintenance works across a diverse portfolio of non-process infrastructure throughout the Pilbara region.

We need ambitious, high-energy people with a passion to learn, develop and grow alongside the team. If you have come from a trade background and looking to step away from the tools, we would love to hear from you!

Qualifications

What do we need from you?

  • Passion- we need people that are passionate about what they can deliver to the business but also passionate about where they want to take their career. Sodexo will support your development and growth
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word/Excel/Teams/PowerPoint) and an ability to understand new systems and technologies
  • Previous experience understanding work orders and working with Contractors is a huge advantage
  • Strong communication skills- you need to be able to communicate with a range of both internal and external stakeholders confidently and successfully through phone/email/video
