Workforce Planning Manager (m/f/d)

• You will set the overall strategy, conceptualise, implement, and continuously improve our Work Force Planning
• You will be responsible for ensuring that Flink Netherlands meets our 28-minute promise, resulting in happy customers all-round, while balancing efficiencies. To achieve this you will need to be proficient in:
  • Forecasting methodologies
  • Optimising workforce scheduling tools
  • Scheduling NL labour laws
  • Capacity management and incentivisation 
• Own and challenge KPIs central to the business
• Lead operational improvement plans and workforce planning automations

• You have 4+ years of work experience in operations or planning (experience at high-grow or early-stage startups preferred)
• You have a good understanding of planning tools and Google Sheet or MS Excel 
• You are tech-savvy and able to learn new tools and processes quickly 
• You are a highly organized, detail-oriented and process driven person
• Experience using Python and SQL preferred
