  • Work Location: Onsite – Troy, Michigan
  • Employment Type: Full-Time
  • Travel: Occasional local travel, as needed

POSITION SUMMARY

Entrega is seeking a highly capable, results-oriented Workforce Performance Lead to help build and operate the practices, processes, and programs that enable employees to perform effectively and managers to lead consistently.

This is not a traditional Human Resources role. The Workforce Performance Lead will focus on improving workforce performance by helping establish clear expectations, effective performance practices, stronger managers, meaningful employee development, and consistent follow-through when performance does not meet expectations.

Working closely with the Director of Workforce Performance & Operations and leaders throughout the organization, this role will help design, implement, and continuously improve Entrega's approach to employee performance, manager effectiveness, performance improvement, learning and development, and workforce capability.

The Workforce Performance Lead will combine strong business judgment with structured execution. The successful candidate will not simply administer programs or coordinate activities. They will help translate business and workforce needs into practical processes, tools, training, expectations, and interventions that improve how people and managers perform.

This role requires someone who is comfortable working directly with managers, asking good questions, identifying performance gaps, bringing structure to ambiguous situations, and following issues through to meaningful resolution.

This is an opportunity to help build a differentiated workforce performance capability within a growing professional services firm. The right candidate will have the opportunity to influence how Entrega develops managers, strengthens employee performance, builds workforce capabilities, and creates a culture of accountability, development, and continuous improvement.
