Als WFM Business Partner ben je verantwoordelijk voor het volledige WFM-proces: van de gehele routering van al onze klantcontacten, forecasting en capaciteitsplanning tot roostering en real-time traffic management. Je stuurt een team van WFM-specialisten aan en zorgt voor een continue verbetering van processen en systemen. Daarnaast adviseer je het management over operationele performance, capaciteit en budgetten en bent een volwaardige sparringpartner voor onze opdrachtgever.
Dagelijkse taken en verantwoordelijkheden zijn o.a.:
- Aansturen en door ontwikkelen van het WFM-team
- Forecasting en capaciteitsplanning op korte, middellange en lange termijn
- Regie voeren over klantcontact routering en bijbehorende WFM-processen
- Opstellen en uitvoeren van jaarplannen en bijbehorende targets
- Analyseren van workload en performance en initiëren van structurele verbeteringen
- Intensieve samenwerking met onze operationele afdelingen (Teamleiders, Delivery Managers, Client Team Managers), onze opdrachtgever en interne support afdelingen
- Rapporteren over KPI’s en adviseren op tactisch en strategisch niveau

- Je hebt ervaring als leidinggevende in een complexe omgeving met meerdere locaties en kanalen
- Ervaring met routerings- en planningssystemen en forecastingmodellen
- Analytisch sterk en in staat om complexe vraagstukken te overzien
- Uitstekend in de Nederlandse en Engelse taal.
