Job Description
Experience
- Project and/or data management experience, preferably in Human Resources
- Experience working with and/or preparing data for executive audiences
- Experience using relational databases to pull and summarize large datasets, create reports and prepare ad-hoc analyses
Preferred Qualifications
- Healthcare experience
Education
- Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of related experience

Job Responsibilities
- Creates new and maintains existing workforce focused reporting and dashboards.
- Prepares People/HR reports for internal business partners, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
- Analyzes workforce data to exact trends and facilitate effective decision support.
- Gathers insights on Children’s workforce performance and HR programs and presents findings.
- Identifies areas of opportunity and suggests improvements to existing reporting and processes.
- Assists with special projects as requested.
