The Opportunity:
You will support assessments, studies, analysis, and facilitation of MSC N1 and N8 workflow process capture, documentation, streamlining recommendations and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) capture and codification.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and assess critical inter and intra organization responsibilities and relationships.
- Facilitate workflow sessions to capture both the ‘as is’ and ‘as it should be’ as directed by MSC N1 and N8 leadership.
- Develop a MSC N1 and N8 workflow process and SOP guidebook worthy of delivering new hire training.
- Develop and maintain consolidated records of various formats (Power Point, WORD, EXCEL, Visio, etc.) to support reporting, data analysis, and communication related to this fort.
- Design and develop a SharePoint repository for N1 and N8 SOPs and other documents, and dashboards for various N1 and N8 internal metrics.
- Evaluate data using analytical methods to provide defensible quantitative and qualitative results for any recommended workflow changes.
Qualifications:
Required:
- SECRET security clearance
- Comfortable with interfacing with senior executives
- Exceptional writing skills
- U.S. Navy Experience, especially any involvement with human resources / logistics a big benefit (Senior Enlisted / Senior Officer)
- Extensive MS Office experience to include all peripherals
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience plus a minimum of 7 years of related work experience.
