What you will do:

Responsible for daily assignment of work to staff members of the Revenue Center of Excellence. Monitors and maintains acceptable productivity levels established by management and tracks volume of work assigned to and completed by each staff member. Applies to New Business, Renewals, and Endorsements. Applies to our systems Onbase, Commercial Edge, Uniclass and Manual work. Documents results for each staff member and provide information to the Supervisors on a daily/weekly/monthly report.

  • Manage and prioritize workload for all assignment queues to meet Revenue Service Level Agreements.
  • Monitor and maintain acceptable productivity levels established by management. Track volume of work assigned and volume of completed work. 
  • Document results for each staff member and provide information to Supervisors/Managers on a daily/weekly/monthly report. 
  • Anticipate workflow problems (i.e. large renewal month) which may affect the various Revenue units.
  • Initiate ongoing suggestions for workflow improvement.
  • Notify Supervisors/Managers about any need for additional training/cross training.

What you will need:

  • H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
  • Completion or willingness to complete insurance education (IIA/CPCU)
  • 2-4 years insurance background preferred.

Salary: $21.94-$32.92

The final salary to be paid and position within the internal salary range is reflective of the employee’s work experience, their geographic location, education, certification(s), scope and responsibilities in the role, and additional qualifications.

Additional Information:

This position is a part time hourly, non-exempt (overtime eligible) position.
