The Workflow and Informatics Specialist (WITS), APAC for Beckman Coulter Diagnostics is responsible for providing end to end support to sales, marketing and automation teams within each country for key clinical automation accounts, including but not limited to technical layout validation, product value proposition as well as forecast planning. He/she would be a customer-centric individual who would transform the voice of customers to effective product solutions that would serve to meet their operational requirements as well as long term financial goals.
This position is part of the APAC Commercial Operations team located in Singapore and will be a remote hire based in Thailand, reporting into the APAC Commercial Operations Director.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:
- Lead or support on-site workflow studies in the region. Workflow study would include but not limited to extensive data analysis and on-site observational work.
- Be the Subject Matter Expert for Automation and Informatics Solutions and be part of the central point of escalation for APAC countries.
- Attend regular calls with Business unit and Marketing for updates and be the voice of APAC for product development roadmaps and automation marketing initiatives.
- Manage and maintain database of reference sites within APAC.
- Organize and conduct training/workshops for upskilling in country automation teams.
The essential requirements of the job include:
- Bachelor’s degree in science/biomedical engineering.
- Clinical laboratory experience with continuous process improvement mindset.
- Strong knowledge of Windows Excel (macros, pivot tables), data analysis and power point skills. Basic SQL or other programing language would be a bonus.
- Good interpersonal communication, facilitation and presentation skills.
- Independent, meticulous and follows through on action plans.
It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:
- LEAN/Six Sigma experience
- Automation project management
- Customer consulting, training and influencing skills
