About the Role:
- Manage service requests, incidents, work orders, and purchase orders through ticketing and case management systems, including ServiceNow WSD Workplace Case Management.
- Coordinate with vendors, facilities teams, and stakeholders to resolve workplace and facilities-related requests while ensuring service levels are met.
- Maintain accurate records and content administration, collaborate across teams, and provide high-quality operational support with a strong focus on service excellence and attention to detail.
About You:
- With 1 to 3 years of experience in a Helpdesk or BPO environment; experience in Facilities Management is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) with strong technical aptitude and the ability to support remote communications and digital workplace tools.
- Demonstrated ability to manage, track, and resolve service requests and incidents efficiently while maintaining service levels and customer satisfaction.
- Knowledge of workplace services, facilities-related requests, and case lifecycle management, including coordinating and following through on operational support activities.
- Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
