- Expertise in Workday Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Benefits, US Payroll, Payroll Interface, Absence Management, Recruiting, Learning, beneficial but not required.
- Expertise with Workday Integrations including Cloud Connect,
- Understanding of HR processes including understanding of HR system design, structure, and functions.
- Excellent computer skills, e.g. MS Project, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, SharePoint, etc.
- SQL and XSLT experience preferred.
- Provides production support for Workday including, but not limited to, researching and resolving issues, unexpected results or process flaws; performs scheduled activities such as system updates and audits; recommends solutions or alternate methods to meet requirements.
- Supports interfaces between Workday and other systems. This includes internal and external targets (for example, benefits and payroll vendor integrations).
- Supports HRIS related projects to include Workday twice-yearly releases as well as future system implementations.
- Supports major HR initiatives such as setup for New Workday Functionality or Integrations and Mergers and Acquisitions by preparing the system through requirements documentation, data gathering, and system loads.
- Serves as a technical 'super user' and administrator of Workday to identify best practices, assesses functionality and system requirements, and recommends process improvements as applicable.
- Works closely with IT support teams (internal and external) to ensure adherence to Solenis policies and procedures, completion of assigned tasks, and provide guidance where applicable.
- Previous exposure to project-related activities through active participation in system-related projects.
