We are currently looking for a Workday Change Management Coordinator who will lead the development and implementation of strategies that promote end-user adoption of Workday HCM & Finance. This position is based out of our Queretaro's office.
Responsibilities
- Work directly with employees and with internal functional team members to understand process impacts caused by the transition to the Workday software.
- Lead hands-on development of communications and training materials that support a successful transition to Workday for key end-users.
- Collaborate with functional team members to assist in identifying process changes, learning future state processes and system functionality, and educating end users on their new roles and business processes
- Work with the HR Team in the implementation of change management deliverables/activities for employees, including: readiness assessment, stakeholder analysis, change impact assessment, communications plan, training plan, education materials, and user adoption metrics.
- Develop and design employee-specific training materials, including: visual job aids, instructor-led training presentations, and e-learning videos.
- Deliver instructor-led training sessions to employees.
- Support end users upon go-live via support labs, help desk and updates to training materials.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree, preferable in Human Resources, Financials, Organizational Design, Organizational Development, Change Management ; or equivalent experience
- 1+ years experience supporting the development of training or change management-related deliverables for organizations
- Excellent communication skills - oral and written - and the interpersonal skills needed quickly to establish relationships of trust and collaboration
- Experience leading change management, communications, and training efforts for one or more Workday deployments
- Experience with Human Resource or Financial cloud-based system implementations, specifically Workday
- Experience with training development of visual job aids, instructor-led trainings and training delivery
