Optimize financial systems and lead strategic enhancements across Workday Financials and Adaptive Planning.
Ensure seamless integration with other enterprise technologies while aligning solutions to business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Product Owners, IT Product Managers, Technical Architects, Compliance, and development/support teams.
Align product strategy and roadmap with organizational priorities by working closely with business and IT stakeholders.
Monitor industry trends, Workday updates, and emerging technologies for potential application within the organization.
Maintain deep expertise in Workday HCM and other Workday module also the related business applications.
Gather and analyze business requirements in partnership with stakeholders.
Design end-to-end solution architectures that prioritize scalability, performance, and security.
Oversee and support Workday integrations with external systems to ensure data consistency and security.
Provide expert-level support in Workday configuration, optimization, and customization.
Define technical requirements and assist in creating epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
Guide development teams, enforcing adherence to architectural standards and best practices.
Explore and recommend use cases for innovative or emerging technologies relevant to Workday and enterprise architecture.
Stay up to date on Workday product enhancements and industry best practices.
Design Workday-based solutions adhering to coding standards, governance, and architectural best practices.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
Minimum of 9 years of IT experience, with at least 4 years in a Workday architecture role.
Proven expertise in Workday HCM and related modules
In-depth knowledge of Workday’s security framework and business process configuration.
Solid understanding of enterprise architecture principles and design methodologies.
Workday certifications are required
