At Nordic Global, we're always looking for new ways to make our processes more efficient and our products more user-friendly. We're currently seeking a Workday technical product delivery manager to help us streamline our ERP solution through the use of Workday's software.

The Workday Senior Manager is responsible for executing the One Nordic vision for our ERP platform transformation and modernization. Workday Human Capital Management, Financials, and Data Analytics Insights into WD business applications. The Senior Manager would have a minimum of 5 years of experience and will be leading a team and bringing hands-on expertise in solution delivery. Have experience across departmental, cross-functional, and multi-party integration into Workday such as Salesforce, and ServiceNow for application usage and business process performance enhancements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Workday Functional Roadmaps - Completion and maintenance of functional roadmaps through collaboration with the VP and functional leaders, review of vendor release, and roadmap materials.
  • Application & Business Process Enhancements - Scoping, planning, and execution of approved application enhancement projects, and requests for configuration changes.
  • System Availability, Confidentiality, and Security Standards - Development and implementation of Workday and Adaptive specific system support specifications and procedures following ISO27001:2013 standards.
  • User Support - Managing the completion of Tier 2 and Tier 3 escalated support cases for Workday and Adaptive Insights.
  • Application Usage Monitoring - Monthly analysis and reporting on Workday application usage and Workday support performance.

Supervisory Responsibility

This role has supervisory responsibilities. This Support Manager is responsible for leading Nordic's dedicated Workday Configuration and Support Team. The position will oversee a team of Workday Certified subject-matter experts across several functional areas and will partner with cross-functional teams to support our customers.

Essential Functions/Duties/Responsibilities

  • Direct and enhance the delivery of Workday Support Services across our Business Lines offerings.
  • Guide a team of experts in areas such as program management, benefits, payroll, HCM, and more.
  • Build and sustain strong working relationships, working closely with the Service Delivery leadership to manage project plans and effectively support Workday configurations.
  • Analyze business requirements, offer solutions, and guide best practices based on technical knowledge.
  • Oversee project planning, configuration, testing, and the launch of new or improved services and products.
  • Demonstrate knowledge of Nordic products/services and Workday expertise to support customers and deliver on projects, Workday support, and configuration requests.
  • Stay abreast of Workday system releases & enhancements. Anticipate needs across businesses to influence decisions and recommend process improvements.
  • Drive continuous improvement and utilize forecasting tools to ensure optimal service delivery.
  • Develop and mentor the Service Delivery Support Team, overseeing performance metrics and ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Address and resolve issues, including escalation management, conducting root cause analysis, and implementing corrective measures. • Manage third-party vendors and contractors to support service delivery.
