The Impact You’ll Make in this Role

We are seeking a skilled Workday Reporting Analyst to help build and strengthen our People Analytics capabilities within the People Experience team. Our mission is to create a best-in-class employee experience, with data and analytics at its core. This role will focus on leveraging Workday’s reporting capabilities to analyze HR data and provide insights that support strategic decision-making. The ideal candidate will have experience with Workday reporting tools, strong analytical skills, and the ability to communicate findings effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

• Design, build, and maintain HR reports and dashboards using Workday’s reporting tools to meet the needs of various stakeholders. Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular audits and validations of HR data within Workday.
• Work closely with HR teams and business leaders to understand their reporting needs and deliver tailored solutions and expert guidance on best practices for data utilization.
• Provide training and ongoing support to HR team members on Workday reporting capabilities, data interpretation, data functionalities, ensuring effective use of reporting tools.
• Identify opportunities to streamline reporting processes and enhance the efficiency of data collection, analysis, and reporting efficiency.

Your Skills and Expertise

To set you up for success in this role from day one, Solventum requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of professional experience in HR reporting or analytics, business analytics, or a similar analytical position.
• Proficiency in Workday reporting tools, including calculated fields, advanced reports, and dashboards; knowledge of Workday integration capabilities is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to think creatively about the data and application of novel or innovative methodologies.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders effectively.

Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

• Workday HCM, Reporting and Analytics certifications.
• Experience supporting global Workday implementations or managing cross-country configurations
• Proficiency in other data and analytics skills (e.g., SQL, Excel, PowerBI)
