You will move beyond standard reporting by optimizing cutting-edge features like the Manager Insights Hub, Career Hub, and Workday Prism Analytics, giving you a platform to drive innovation and elevate the digital user experience for managers and employees alike.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain high-impact Workday reports and dashboards, including Advanced, Matrix, and Composite formats. 

• Create and configure complex calculated fields to translate intricate business logic into reliable, scalable data outputs.

 • Enhance specialized Workday tools, such as the Manager Insights Hub and Career Hub, to deliver a highly customized experience for stakeholders. 

• Troubleshoot and optimize report performance, resolving data gaps and validating accuracy during system updates and data transfers. 

• Apply strict security domains, data privacy controls, and sharing restrictions to safeguard confidential workforce information.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Three or more years of hands-on experience developing and maintaining complex solutions in Workday Reporting. 

• Deep proficiency with Workday Prism Analytics, Report Writer, business objects, data sources, and reporting architecture. 

• Proven capability creating advanced calculated fields and executing multi-layered data analysis.

 • Strong foundational knowledge of HRIS and HCM business processes. 

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Statistics, Analytics, or a related quantitative field.

Bonus Points For:

• Experience working directly within a specialized People Analytics or HR technology environment.

 • Hands-on exposure to advanced BI and data visualization tools such as Domo or Tableau.

• Strong Excel skills, including expert-level knowledge of pivot tables and advanced lookup techniques.

Logistics:

Location: Cracow, Poland OR Brasov, Romania

Travel Requirement: Minimal, only as needed
