Tasks and Responsibilities
• Oversee the Workday solution design & configuration for the respective functional area in partnership with the relevant business liaison teams;
• Partner with business representatives to build, automate and release solutions based on Workday best practices and business priorities
• Utilize architecture Workday expertise and experience to support the organization to resolve key business and process issues
• Support Functional Support Leads (CoE) in conducting assessments of Workday solution change requests for their respective areas’ processes
• Lead the development and deployment of changes in partnership in compliance with company processes and ways of working
• Coordinate and conduct testing with the stream to ensure all global and local requirements are met before planning move-to-production
• 8+ year of relevant experience as program manager within IT field
• 4+ years of relevant experience with WorkDay tool
• Deep experience in launching IT programs with proven track record of managing various programs,
• Proven track record of developing and executing complex change management programs, including creation of communications collateral.
• Detail-oriented with excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
• Proficiencies in budget management and experience in collaborating with logistics teams.
• Strong time management, multitasking, and prioritization skills.
• Fluency in English (spoken & written);
