The Workday Digital team at Huron plays a crucial role in driving digital transformation and implement comprehensive ERP solutions. Our consultants, work across various industries and tackle complex initiatives to help clients thrive.
Our team is dedicated to helping medium-sized enterprises optimize their human capital management processes. We are constantly pushing boundaries of the technology and finding innovative ways to make our deployments smoother and faster. We are seeking a skilled and innovative Workday HCM Consultant to join our team and drive successful Workday implementations using the Launch methodology.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to understand their business needs and provide expert guidance on Workday HCM.
- Lead the configuration of Workday HCM modules, including Core HCM, Compensation, and Advanced Compensation.
- Collaborate with the customer in transferring data from legacy systems to Workday, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality and accuracy of Workday configurations.
- Conduct workshops and training sessions to educate clients on Workday functionalities and best practices.
- Provide ongoing support and optimization services post-implementation.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including IT, HR, and Finance, to ensure seamless integration of Workday solutions.
- Stay updated on Workday product releases and enhancements to provide clients with the latest solutions.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Substantial and measurable delivery of 3 or more end-to-end HCM implementations.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in Workday workstream.
- Current active Workday Core HCM Certification. Certification in other HCM modules like Compensation and Advanced Compensation is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Analytical and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication skills, especially in handling difficult conversations.
- Strong collaboration and teamwork skills.
- Learning agility.
