As a Workday Integration Consultant at Jade Global, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and supporting complex integrations across Workday HCM and external systems. You will work closely with functional teams, project managers, and clients to deliver high-quality, maintainable integration solutions aligned with Jade’s best practices.
Key ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, test, and deploy Workday integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, and Cloud Connect frameworks.
Build and support integrations for HCM, Compensation, Recruiting, Payroll, and Benefits modules.
Configure and optimize Inbound and Outbound integrations leveraging Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST) and Report-as-a-Service (RaaS).
Implement robust error handling, logging, and security configurations for integrations.
Analyze client business requirements and translate them into technical design documents and integration specifications.
Partner with functional consultants and client technical teams to ensure end-to-end integration success.
Conduct integration testing, regression testing for Workday releases, and post-go-live support.
Troubleshoot complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and propose performance enhancements.
Contribute to integration best practices, reusable components, and knowledge sharing across Jade’s Workday practice.
Mentor junior consultants and provide guidance on Studio development standards.
8–10 years of total IT experience, including 5+ years in Workday Integration Development.
Strong hands-on experience in:
Workday Studio – custom integrations, XSLT transformations, Workday-internal logic, sub-assemblies.
Core Connectors – Payroll Interface, Benefits, HR, Recruiting, etc.
EIB (Enterprise Interface Builder) and Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST).
XML, XSLT, JSON, and Workday RaaS.
Strong understanding of Workday Business Process Framework, Security, and Data Model.
Experience with Workday Report Writer, Calculated Fields, and Integration System Users (ISUs).
Excellent communication skills and ability to interact directly with global clients.
Experience in multi-tenant Workday environments and agile delivery models.
