Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Workday Integration Consultant with
strong experience in designing, developing, and supporting integrations within
the Workday ecosystem. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise with
integration tools and a solid understanding of HR and/or Finance business
processes.
Key Responsibilities
- Design,
build, test, and deploy integrations using Workday Studio, EIB, and Core
Connectors
- Develop
inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and third-party systems
- Work
with REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services for real-time data exchange
- Create
and maintain integration documentation (design documents, mappings, test
cases)
- Troubleshoot
integration issues and provide production support
- Collaborate
with functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into
technical solutions
- Perform
data transformations using XML, XSLT, and JSON
- Support
security configuration related to integrations
- Participate
in UAT, deployments, and post-production support
Requirements
- Strong
experience with Workday integration tools (EIB, Core Connectors, Workday
Studio)
- Knowledge
of Workday Web Services (SOAP/REST APIs, WSDL)
- Experience
in XML, XSLT, JSON, and web service technologies
- Hands-on
experience in integration troubleshooting and error handling
- Understanding
of Workday business processes (HCM and/or Financials)
- Experience
with integration monitoring and scheduling
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience
with Workday Financials or HCM modules
- Prior
experience in at least one full lifecycle Workday implementation
- Familiarity
with middleware tools (MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, etc.)
- Knowledge
of security framework and business process framework (BPF)
- Workday
certification (Integration / Studio)
