As the ​Workday HR Analyst​, you will administer and maintain HR systems, including configuration, reporting, and data governance. Partner across functions to analyze requirements, recommend solutions, and independently execute system changes that improve HR processes and business outcomes.

What Will You Do?  

In order to grow and build a successful career with The Toro Company, you will be responsible for:  

  • ​​​​Independently administer and configure assigned Workday modules or processes.

  • Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, perform impact analysis, and implement system solutions.

  • Execute Workday releases, including impact analysis, testing, and deployment within assigned scope.

  • Develop and deliver workforce reporting, dashboards, and compliance outputs.

  • Perform audits, data corrections, and mass updates to ensure data integrity and governance.

  • Troubleshoot and resolve system and data issues, including escalated inquiries within assigned areas.

  • Document system configurations, changes, and processes; maintain user documentation and training materials.

  • Identify and implement process improvements within assigned functional or technical areas.

  • Stay current with Workday roadmaps, new features, and HR technology trends through Workday Community, user groups, and professional networks.

What Do You Need?  

To be considered for this role, an individual should meet the following minimal requirements:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, IT, or related field.

  • 3+ years of HRIS or related experience.

  • Working knowledge of HR systems configuration and reporting.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Ability to independently manage assigned processes or modules.

  • Experience gathering requirements and translating into system solutions.

  • Understanding of data governance and HR processes.

  • Effective stakeholder communication and prioritization skills.

  • Competitive Salary – The pay range takes into account skills, experience, education, and location. It is not common to be hired at or near the top of the range; compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the annual pay range is between ​$80,000 - $100,000. Cash compensation is one piece of our competitive total rewards package. You may be eligible to participate in an incentive program, which rewards employees based on individual and organizational performance. Eligibility and award amounts are determined by company policy and performance metrics. If you need to, you can access your pay early with the dailypay app.
