Job description:
- Design, develop, and configure Workday HCM solutions, including: Core HCM, Business Process Framework (BPF) & Security & Role-based access
- Hands on experience on building Calculated Fields, BPF configuration, Workday Reporting & EIBs and integrations
- Configure Workday business processes, validations, notifications, and approvals.
- Build and support inbound and outbound integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Workday Studio
- Strong experience in Benefits, Advanced compensation and Talent and performance management
Skills Required
- 5+ years of professional experience
- Hands-on experience configuring Workday HCM, including Core HCM, Business Process Framework, security, and role-based access
- Experience building calculated fields, Workday reporting, EIBs, and integrations
- Experience building and supporting inbound and outbound integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, and Workday Studio
- Strong experience with Benefits, Advanced Compensation, Talent Management, and Performance Management
