The Opportunity
We are seeking a skilled and proactive Workday HCM Analyst to join our team. You will be the subject matter expert responsible for optimizing, enhancing, and maintaining our global Workday platform. You will act as the critical bridge between HR strategy and technical execution, ensuring our systems are scalable, efficient, and aligned with our business needs. What You'll Do
Act as an administrator and application expert for our global Workday system, ensuring its stability, integrity, and performance.
Design, develop, and manage complex integrations between Workday and other critical business systems (e.g., payroll, benefits providers). You will use your expertise in Workday Studio, BIRT, and EIBs to build new file feeds and troubleshoot existing ones, ensuring seamless data flow across the organization.
Collaborate closely with HR Centers of Excellence (Compensation, Talent, Benefits, etc.) to understand their business requirements. Translate those needs into effective Workday configurations and enhancements that improve processes and user experience.
Proactively analyze Workday's biannual releases to identify valuable new features. You will lead the assessment and adoption of new functionality, helping to shape our HR technology roadmap.
Manage and execute bulk data loads using Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs) with a high degree of accuracy. Uphold strict data privacy standards and ensure system compliance with all relevant regulations.
Works to understand functionality being rolled in Workday updates and assists in determining what features and functionality would be helpful to adopt.
What You'll Bring
A Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
3-5 years of hands-on experience as a Workday Analyst, with deep expertise in HCM business process configuration and integrations.
Proven mastery of Workday's integration toolset, including Workday Studio, BIRT (Business Intelligence and Reporting Tools), and Enterprise Interface Builders (EIBs).
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a demonstrated ability to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions.
Meticulous attention to detail and an unwavering commitment to data accuracy.
Experience working within or closely with an HR function is highly preferred.
