About The Role:
This role provides expert guidance and support in the implementation, configuration, and optimization of Workday HCM solutions for our customers. The consultant will work closely with customers to understand their business requirements, tailor the Workday HCM system to meet those needs, and ensure smooth adoption of best practices. This role is pivotal in delivering high-quality, scalable solutions that enhance HR processes, data accuracy, and overall system efficiency for the customer. Additionally, this role requires the consultant to initially specialize in Workday security. The consultant will advise our customers on robust, maintainable options and configure, test and deliver agreed security related solutions.
Key Job Responsibilities:
• Contributing to the setup and configuration of Workday modules based on customer needs.
• Understanding customer requirements and translating them into Workday solutions.
• Undertaking testing to ensure configurations meet business requirements and
troubleshooting any issues.
• Coordinating with stakeholders and managing timelines to ensure successful project delivery.
• Assisting with data migration, validation, and reporting.
• Perform the role of Workday Security Consultant on customer projects.
• Any other duties which may reasonably be assigned from time to time
Necessary Skills and Competencies:
• 2+ years of experience of Workday HCM configuration experience
• Thorough knowledge of Workday’s configurable security framework
• Experience of designing and configuring advanced security solutions
• Experience of migrating configuration and loading Customer data
Desirable Experience:
• Workday Implementer experience
• Workday Core HCM Certified (current or expired)
• Experience configuring other Workday modules
• Experience of multiple Workday implementations
