Provides expert Workday functional consulting across Recruiting, Core HCM, Benefits, Compensation, Performance, Talent, and Security. Leads configuration, integrations, reporting, calculated fields, process optimization, architecture planning, backlog management, and solution development. Partners with leadership, technical teams, customers, and global stakeholders to align business requirements with IT objectives, recommend best practices, and drive initiatives to successful completion.
